Before contacting support, please check that you are using the current version of RailTerrain and have an active internet connection.

Some RailTerrain functions depend on external geographical data services, which may occasionally be unavailable.

RailTerrain was designed for use with Trainz 2022, and support for importing into other versions of Trainz is not provided. 

When contacting support about a route-generation problem, it is helpful to include:

• the version of RailTerrain you are using
• the country/region and area you were attempting to generate
• any error message displayed by RailTerrain
• a description of what happened.
